Not finding the right impact socket?

Even if our impact socket line has more than 4000 different products, sometimes, your application requires a custom socket. We are able to have the socket manufactured to your specifications within 4-6 weeks!

Our standard impact socket line covers over 4,000 SKUs, in stock in Canada — but when the fastener you're chasing doesn't exist off the shelf, we manufacture custom impact sockets and wrenches built to your exact drive size, opening type, length, and finish. From miniature drives to oversized industrial sockets, from odd-ball metric sizes to discontinued OEM tooling, if it can be machined, we can build it.

When You Need a Custom Impact Socket or Wrench

  • Non-standard nut or bolt sizes

Legacy equipment, imported machinery, or industry-specific fasteners that fall between standard increments.

  • Restricted-access fastening

Extra-long, extra-short, or thin-wall sockets built to fit a clearance a catalog socket can't reach.

  • Unusual drive configurations

Uncommon square drive sizes, rectangular drives, spline drives, or specialty openings.

  • High-volume production lines

Sockets or wrenches engineered for one repeated task — mining, aerospace, heavy equipment, energy, rail.

  • Replacement of discontinued tooling

When the OEM tool that used to do the job isn't manufactured anymore.

  • Slugging & striking wrenches

Heavy-duty applications where a hammer-struck wrench is the right tool, sized to your fastener.
